Every membership includes recurring studio time, professional microphones, multitrack audio recording, real-time sound monitoring, guided technical setup, and professional file delivery. Audio and video plans also include studio lighting, camera setup, and video recording.

Recording and file delivery are included. Full episode editing, social media clips, graphics, publishing assistance, and other post-production services are available as add-ons unless specifically included in your selected plan.

Monthly sessions must be used within the current billing month and do not automatically roll over. We recommend scheduling your recording dates early so you can use all of your included studio time.

Yes. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, based on studio availability. Late cancellations and missed sessions may count as a used session.

Monthly memberships are billed month-to-month. You may cancel before your next billing date to prevent the following month’s charge. Any sessions already scheduled during a paid billing period remain subject to the membership policies.

Yes. You may request an upgrade or change before your next billing cycle. Changes are based on studio availability and take effect at the start of the next paid month.

The number of guests depends on the recording setup and membership selected. Contact us before your session if you plan to bring multiple guests so we can prepare the microphones, seating, cameras, and studio layout.

Yes. The studio can support remote guests and phone interviews. Let us know when scheduling so we can prepare and test the connection before recording.

Recorded files are delivered after your session according to your selected membership and file-delivery process. Edited episodes, social clips, graphics, and other add-ons follow the turnaround time provided with your production quote.

Yes. Additional studio time can be added based on availability. Extra microphones, camera coverage, editing, social clips, graphics, and publishing assistance may also be added to your membership.
